Changeover day is Friday.
Please arrive at 3pm. We like to meet and greet all our guests to show them around, explain how things work and have the fires lit if necessary. If you are delayed, please text or phone us well in advance so that we are not left waiting indefinitely but can make other arrangements.
Please be ready to depart by 10.00am to give us enough time to clean and prepare for the next guests.
The prices include the provision of all bedlinen, bath and kitchen towels, cottage cleaning and rubbish collection. Any rubbish, including all recycling, should be placed securely in a black bag provided and put in the wheelie bin outside for our commercial waste company to collect at 9am every Friday.
We also provide the cottage with 2 bags of kiln dried logs and kindling in the colder months. Please bring your own beach towels.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. This is fully refundable if you cancel more that 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. The balance is to be paid ten weeks prior to the start of your holiday via BACs. We do also have a Euro account for payment in Euros. All details are on your booking form.
A security deposit of £200.00 to cover your electricity usage costs and any damages above reasonable wear and tear is also required and to be paid along with your balance payment via BACS. The security deposit will be returned within one week of the end of your holiday, less the cost of your electricity usage, (as per a meter reading taking at 3pm each week) and any damage/breakages. We will ask you for your bank details for this refund payment.
